Cucumber Freezer Pickles

Ingredients

  • 2 qt. cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together and let soak for 2 hours at room temperature. Drain well.
  2. Dissolve sugar in vinegar and add to cucumbers.
  3. Put in containers and freeze for 4 days!
