  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Set in refrigerator until meal time.
  3. Drain off liquid before serving.
