Cuke Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 cucumbers
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 mayo and 1/2 plain yogurt
  • 3/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Let vinegar and sugar sit for 1/2 hour.
  2. Add mayo and whisk or blend.
  3. Add milk; mix.
  4. Set this mixture aside and peel and slice cucumbers.
  5. Place cukes in a bowl.
  6. Whisk liquid and pour over the cukes.
  7. Refrigerate.
