Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour Cream (ff plain yogurt)
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 med onion thinly sliced
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 C sliced cucumber

Instructions

  1. mix sour cream, sugar, salt and lemon juice
  2. add sliced cukes
  3. add sliced onion
  4. refridgerate for 2 hours before eatting
