Cumin Basil Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
- Wash and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Heat a non stick skillet on medium high, or just before the oil starts to bubble. Oil should not be smoking.
- Carefully slide in potatoes and reduce heat to medium. Move the potatoes around in the pan to coat them with the oil.
- Sprinkle the basil, cumin, salt and pepper on the potatoes, and fry until they are soft and a golden brown color.
- Enjoy!
