Curried Cherries

- In a small saucepan, combine lime juice and pulp, honey, ginger, cinnamon, curry and bay leaves.
- Heat over low heat until honey becomes liquid, then stir well to combine.
- Rinse and pit cherries. Add them, still wet, to the saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cherries are slightly wilted and are well coated with curry mixture, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with roasted meat or poultry.
