Curry Paste For Meat
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. freshly grated nutmeg ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves ⓘ
- 1 tsp. mace ⓘ
- 10 cardamon pods, remove seeds and grind (1 tsp. cardamon powder may be substituted) ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground caraway seed ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
- 2 tsp. vinegar ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add anchovy paste and vinegar and mix well. Store in small airtight container in refrigerator. (Keeps several weeks.)
