Daddy'S Broiled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • large shrimp
  • bacon strips
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel shrimp and wrap with bacon strips.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix together and pour over shrimp, then marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  5. Broil 3 to 5 minutes, until done.
  6. (Do not overcook, overcooking makes shrimp tough.)
