  • 2 Large Tomatoes-Seeded and diced
  • 2 Avocado
  • 3 Kiwi-Take white section out
  • 2 Oranges
  • Mint or Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Diced all ingredients
  2. Mix carefully
  3. Allow set for 1/2 hour before serving
