Date And Nut Mini Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 scant c. sugar
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 c. dates, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, chopped nuts and dates together.
  2. Add beaten eggs to the mixture.
  3. Fill mini pan 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
  5. When cool, place in mini paper cups.
