Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a glass baking dish place butter,Kitchen Bouquet,salt,paprika and thyme.
  2. Microwave 1 minute;stir well.
  3. Roll potatoes in mixture until well coated.
  4. Cover with wax paper.
  5. Cook 10 minutes; roll potatoes in butter.
  6. Cook uncovered another 5- 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
