Deep Fried Won Tons

Instructions
- Fry and crumble sausage, drain grease.
- Let stand.
- Mix sausage, chestnuts and green onions.
- Put a teaspoon of mixture in the center of the square won ton skin.
- Fold the won ton skin to make a triangle.
- Seal with water.
- Put the filled won ton triangle in very hot oil.
- Brown evenly and enjoy.
