Deep Fried Won Tons

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. of won ton skins
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Fry and crumble sausage, drain grease.
  2. Let stand.
  3. Mix sausage, chestnuts and green onions.
  4. Put a teaspoon of mixture in the center of the square won ton skin.
  5. Fold the won ton skin to make a triangle.
  6. Seal with water.
  7. Put the filled won ton triangle in very hot oil.
  8. Brown evenly and enjoy.
