Deviled Party Mold

Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz. each) cans deviled ham
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. pickle relish (sweet)
  • 1/4 c. salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Lightly oil a small gelatin mold or bowl.
  3. Fill with mixture and chill for several hours just before serving; carefully remove meat mixture from mold and invert on serving plate.
  4. "Frost" mold with sour cream.
  5. Serve with tiny party rye bread or crackers.
  6. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
