Deviled Short Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 pound beef short ribs
  • 2 med. onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd red pepper
  • 3/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven till warm.
  2. Cook beef over medium heat; brown on all sides; drain.
  3. Add in onions.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients except water; stir in water.
  5. Pour over beef.
  6. Cover and cook at 350 degrees till tender, about 2 hrs.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
