Ingredients

  • 1 (3 or 3 1/4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in 2 quart saucepan. Cook; stir until boils.
  2. Cook to full rolling boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Beat on high for 3-4 minutes or until it holds its shape.
  4. Add nuts.
  5. Drop on buttered cookie sheet.
  6. Store in cool place.
