Divine Chicken Rollups

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 8 slices ham, sliced, rectangular shaped
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Prehead oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Spray casserole dish with Pam.
  3. Halve chicken breasts to make 8 pieces.
  4. Wrap each piece of chicken breast with 1 slice of ham. Secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place rollups in prepared pan.
  6. Mix sour cream and soup in a bowl.
  7. Pour mixture over rollups to cover completely.
  8. Bake uncovered SLOWLY at 250 degrees about 3 hours.
  9. Baste every 30 minutes or so. Mixture should not boil.
