Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup

Instructions

  1. Mix together rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, milk, and dry onion soup in a bowl.
  2. Spray a large baking dish with Pam and place chicken breasts in the bottom.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 1/2 hours.
  5. Check after 2 hours and continue baking until cooked through.
