Ingredients

  • 4 oz. oil
  • 2 oz. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. peppercorns
  • 1 clove garlic plus little more (if you like)

Instructions

  1. Mix and rub on turkey.
  2. Let set for short time.
  3. Roast, covered, for 12 hours at 250° for about 13 to 15 pound turkey.
