Ingredients

  • 1 gal. sliced peaches
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pour vinegar and sugar over fruit; let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Cook slowly until it is cooked down like regular dried fruit would be when you cook it.
  3. Put in jar while hot and seal.
  4. It may also be frozen.
