Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, dried, pitted
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 12 cup walnuts
  • 13 cup coconut, shredded
  • 10 glace cherries, halved
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend first 4 ingredients in food processor until granular paste is achieved.
  2. Roll this dough out into 20 little balls.
  3. Press a cherry half in the center of each.
  4. Roll in sugar and serve or refrigerate to serve later.
