Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 lb. meat
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • mashed taters

Instructions

  1. Stir soup mix into water in a 2 cup measuring cup.
  2. Use 1/2 cup and blend into ground meat.
  3. Shape meat into a big "O" in skillet.
  4. Cut into 6 wedges but leave in a circle.
  5. Pour remaining soup mixture over and cover.
  6. Cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Spoon taters into skillet in globs and
  7. drizzle juice over the taters.
  8. Good!
