Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Dukes mayonnaise
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz.) box corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish (8 x 12-inch).
  3. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
