- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Butter a deep casserole.
- Make layers of cheeses and chiles.
- Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks and then fold them into the egg whites.
- Gently pour eggs over cheeses and chiles, covering them and ooze through with a fork.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Add drained tomatoes, pushing them down with a fork.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes.
