Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine eggs and water; add to the flour mixture and beat well.
  3. Drop teaspoonfuls of the batter into boiling salted water.
  4. Cook for about 12 to 15 minutes or until dumplings float to the surface.
  5. Drain and serve with melted butter.
