Instructions
- Use a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
- Add eggs, corn and milk; dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Start checking pudding at 45 to 50 minutes.
- Do not overcook.
- Knife should come out clean.
