E-Z Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Use a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
  3. Add eggs, corn and milk; dot with butter.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  5. Start checking pudding at 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Do not overcook.
  7. Knife should come out clean.
