Easy-Bake Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Fill 9-inch pie plate (greased) 2/3 full of apples.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon.
  3. In bowl combine melted margarine, 1 cup sugar, flour and egg.
  4. Pour this mixture over apples evenly.
  5. Spread to cover all the apples.
  6. Preheat oven 10 minutes at 350°.
  7. Bake 35 minutes until golden.
