- Begin by melting the margarine over medium heat.
- Once the margarine has melted, add in the flour; mix until all lumps disappear.
- Follow up by adding the water, a little bit at a time, and continuously stir.
- Add in the garlic salt, basil, and parsley. Mix it all together.
- Remove it from the stove and add the sauce over pasta, meat, fish, vegetables, etc...
