- Add salt,garam masala and cumin powder to the gram flour and mix well.
- Add water slowly to it to make a paste for coating the bread....whisk the mixture for a minute or two.
- On first slice apply green chutney or green chilli sauce..keep the 2nd slice on the 1st to make a sandwich.
- Now on the 2nd slice apply tomato sauce or any other sauce.Put the 3rd slice on the 2nd one.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Coat the 3 slices together with the gram flour coating..and deep fry till golden brown.
- Cut into triangles and serve..
