Easy Brulee

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can pitted dark sweet cherries
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat cherries until bubbly; drain.
  2. Arrange cherries in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Spread sour cream over the top.
  5. Sift brown sugar evenly over the surface.
  6. Broil 4 inches from the heat for two minutes or until the sugar is browned and bubbly.
  7. You can serve it immediately or chill it.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
