Instructions
- Heat cherries until bubbly; drain.
- Arrange cherries in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Spread sour cream over the top.
- Sift brown sugar evenly over the surface.
- Broil 4 inches from the heat for two minutes or until the sugar is browned and bubbly.
- You can serve it immediately or chill it.
- Serves 4 to 6.
