Ingredients

  • 5 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. instant raw rice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion; stir in rice.
  2. Layer cabbage and ground beef mixture in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish.
