Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 lb. catfish fillets

Instructions

  1. Heat
  2. broiler. Melt butter and combine with spices and salt. Coat
  3. fish fillets
  4. with
  5. mixture.
  6. Broil until opaque throughout, about 5 minutes per side.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
