Easy Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can pimientos, drained (optional) ⓘ
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional) ⓘ
- 1 large head cauliflower, broccoli or both together ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. bacon ⓘ
- 6 green onions (purple onion, optional) ⓘ
- 1 can chick or 5 oz. frozen peas ⓘ
- 8 oz. sour cream (may be King Sour)
- 8 oz. Miracle Whip or Zesty Italian ⓘ
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese (can be added or omitted)
Instructions
- Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.
- Break cauliflower into small pieces.
- Chop onions and tops.
- Mix together with peas. Beat sour cream and Miracle Whip together.
- Add to other ingredients.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
