Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tri-color rotini (spiral noodles)
  • 3 cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • fresh garlic to taste
  • fresh basil to taste
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. While noodles are cooking, heat olive oil and garlic in skillet.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and basil; simmer.
  4. Drain noodles, then toss with cheese.
  5. Pour tomato sauce over noodles and serve.
  6. This dish makes a lot of food fast and reheats well.
