Ingredients

  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in double boiler. Cook, stirring, until smooth.
  2. Stir in coconut.
  3. Spread in buttered pan and cool.
