Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges
  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut oranges into chunks, including rind and pulp, removing all seeds.
  2. Wash and pick over cranberries.
  3. Place oranges, cranberries, and sugar in the bowl of a processor.
  4. Process until coarsely chopped.
  5. Refrigerate until serving time.
  6. Freezes well.
