Ingredients

  • 12 cups raw corn cut off cob
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 quart water
  • 4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Freeze in the morning for serving.
