Easy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp (about 35)
  • 3/4 c. Spanish olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
  2. Combine rest of ingredients and marinate shrimp in mixture for at least 1/2 hour.
  3. Bake at 450° for 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimps are pink. Serve as main dish or as appetizer with wooden picks.
  4. Serves about 35.
