Easy Hot Rolls(Burp Bread)

Ingredients

  • 9 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 sticks oleo, melted

Instructions

  1. Pour
  2. all flour into Tupperware Fix-N-Mix bowl.
  3. Make a well in the center, take a portion of the scalded milk and all the water
  4. and mix together.
  5. Dissolve yeast in this mixture. Add rest
  6. of the milk. Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
  7. Add to yeast mixture.
  8. Pour
  9. into well in flour.
  10. DO NOT STIR.
  11. Seal bowl. When
  12. seal pops
  13. up,
  14. add melted oleo to well.
  15. Stir mixture with
  16. flour.
  17. Re-seal
  18. and burp bowl.
  19. When top pops again, punch
  20. out the
  21. dough
  22. on floured
  23. board; shape into loaves, rolls, etc.
  24. Let rise again.
  25. Bake at 350° until done. Yields 24 large dinner rolls.
