Easy Lemon Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. lemon cream instant pudding mix
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Stir cream cheese until very soft.
  2. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix.
  4. Beat slowly with eggbeater for 1 minute.
  5. (Do not overbeat.) Pour into cool graham cracker crust.
