Easy Mashed Potatoes Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salad dressing mix, dry

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender and drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher until mixture is smooth.
  3. Taste for seasoning adjustments.
  4. Serve warm.
