Easy Mint Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. boiling water
  • 10 regular size mint-flavored tea bags
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 3 qt. water
  • 2 c. pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags, cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir in 3 quarts water, pineapple juice and ginger ale. Serve over ice.
  4. Yields about 1 1/2 gallons.
