Easy Orange Cake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 1 12 cups fresh orange juice or 1 12 cups frozen orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 pint heavy cream
  • 12 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat 3 minutes, pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan.
  2. Bake in moderate oven 30-35 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  5. Spread on cooled cake and decorate with mandarin orange sections.
  6. Keep refrigerated-Serve cold.
