Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Bring broth and water to boil over medium heat. Gradually add cornmeal. Reduce heat; cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted.
