Easy Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (14 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1/4 c. soft butter
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Set aside one cup of mix.
  2. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 egg to cake mix.
  3. Mix and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Mix can of pumpkin with evaporated milk and 2 eggs.
  5. Pour over cake mixture. Mix the 1 cup of cake mix that you set aside with the sugar, cinnamon and soft butter.
  6. Crumble on top.
  7. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
  8. A great alternative for kids during the holidays.
