Ingredients

  • 4 pita breads or flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
  • 1-1/3 cups POLLY-O All Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red or green pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread pita breads with dressing.
  2. Top with cheese and vegetables.
  3. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 400F for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
