Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu
  • 1 package chop sui vegetables
  • 1 package surumi (fish paste)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces.
  2. Mash the drained tofu and mix in surimi.
  3. Add the egg and chopped vegetables to the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into a heated frying pan with vegetable oil at medium heat.
  6. Cook both sides until each piece is lightly browned.
