Easy To Make Flan

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler over pan over medium heat, brown the sugar until golden brown; do not burn.
  2. Once golden brown and liquid, remove from heat and coat pan all around.
  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Blend the rest of the ingredients in blender and pour into sugar coated pan.
  5. Set oven temperature at 375°.
  6. Place double boiler pan in oven.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Insert knife; if clean the flan is cooked.
  9. Cool.
  10. Then turn the flan over into a deep dish and refrigerate.
