Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 12 red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 12 cup tomato paste

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, sautee red onion in until tender
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor and pluse about 7-10 times until your desired consistency is reached.
  3. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
