Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 10 oz. bag caramels
  • 3 c. pecans, chopped
  • dipping chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put water, margarine and caramels in double boiler or microwave and melt. After caramels are melted, add pecans.
  2. Drop by teaspoon onto greased waxed paper. Chill. Melt chocolate and dip each turtle in chocolate.
