Easy Venison Roast

- Combine vinegar and 2 quarts water.
- Add roast.
- Soak overnight.
- Rinse well.
- Soak in salted water for 2 hours.
- Rinse. Combine 1 teaspoon salt, lemon pepper marinade, oregano and seasoned salt.
- Rub on roast.
- Cover with garlic and onion.
- Place in a slow cooker.
- Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup water.
- Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
